As we come full circle with the 14C birthday posts, we come last but most certainly not least, upon our very own Chicago transplant Sarah!  We know Sarah is killing it out in the Midwest, but a small (ok…big) part of us wishes we were celebrating her birthday with a CT backyard bbq, all together like last year.  Even though we can’t all be in the same place, know that we raise our Blockheads margaritas/Brother Jimmy’s pints to you on your day, and thank you for being in our lives.

Reasons why we LOVE our little Sar Bear:

• Best beer pong partner. Bandits for life. 
• The polar bear to one 14C-er’s brown bear.
• Fantastic wing woman, a skill that came in handy to create one 14Cer’s infamous leopard print pants night.
• Best roomie ever.
• Most concerned about everyone, she’s super thoughtful!
• Great partner for all theme parties and costumes! Girl goes one-hunned for a theme. (see below…and above)
• A most hospitable hostess. Formerly living closest to Penn Station, she graciously accommodated most of the 14C tri-staters before we became official NYC residents.
• Outgoing and friendly personality, which led to her being the only sophomore (and final) addition to 14C. 
• Always willing to share Black Doggie’s love. To love Sarah is to love Black Doggie.
• Adventurous spirit. Up for almost anything, whether that’s a late night trip for some casual Mexican food or a move to Chicago!
• The only person I will “hip hip for Jorge” with.
• Quite possibly, the most sociable of us all (and that’s saying a lot). She can strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere. 
• We’ve all enjoyed at least an afternoon at casa a la Sarah in CT, with the best hostess aka Mama Drake. Sarah’s family is our family!

Reasons why we LOVE our little Mar Bear:

• Queen of Photography. You can always depend on Mar to whip out her phone/camera and snap dozens of photos; any place, any time. 
• Social media guru/mastermind/celeb. She’s got over 3500 Twitter followers!
• A true Texas Fashionista decked out in animal print, jewels, zippers, and purple, of course.
• Prettiest 14C bride ever (so far).
• Expert collager. A true artiste she designed her very own apartment decor senior year.
• Master of BU Quickie Jobs. 
• One of the most dedicated and hardest workers of the group. Mar will work herself sick (literally…).
• Girl knows how to keep. a. secret. 
• Wise beyond her years - something all of 14C (Lori) decided as freshmen. 
• Always in the holiday spirit! She coordinates 14C’s yearly Secret Santa (also evident below!).
• Her wedding last year brought out the Pakistani in all of us! Ie: screwing in the light bulb, how to properly wear a sari, plethora of aunties and plenty of spicy food!
• Always on her style A game. Girl accessorizes for the beach!
• A true trailblazer. Has an “hidden streak” of rebellion.

The world traveling, gypsy, woodland creature that is Lori Schmon is 25 today. And for that world, and Lori’s parents, we thank you.  Lori has given each 14C-er elements of free spirit, bohemian-ness, humor and carefree into our lives and we love her all the more for it! Hope you’re having the best birthday ever Lor!

Reasons why we love our little Flor:

1. Hands down BEST SOCCER PLAYER any of us know.
2. Passionate.  Lori’s love for documentary filmmaking guides her all across the world (from Paris to Nashville) seeing all walks of life. She can see the story in everyone and every situation.
3. Loves exploring new cultures, whether that’s dancing in the middle of a Pakistani drum/song circle, going to a Greek church or frequently traveling to new countries.
4. Smallest recorded creature ever documented/observed in her natural habitat by humans.
5. Phenomenal dance moves: JERSEY JIG!
6. Adventurous foodie who’s always willing to try new things.
7. Has the most famous alter ego of all 14c.
8. Ultimate Prankster. Known to chase people down hallways and continuously trick one nameless 14C-er. #BermudaTriangleIncident #We’llNeverKnow
9. She’s a true champion and not just when it comes to sports.  She successfully defeated the UBurger challenge by eating a burger, fries and shake all in one sitting. Then she curled up in a ball in the treehouse. 
10. Extreme dedication to anything she does. She commits herself 100% to anything/everything she decides to do and won’t stop until it’s done perfectly. (see #9)

12. Was a gypsy princess in another life.  And pretty much in this one too.
13. Her resilience. Thanks to her rose tinted John Lennon sunglasses, Lori may have actually burned her eyeballs during spring break. Nevertheless, she was a rockstar and partied that night anyway.

Rock On Birthday Girl wherever the day takes you!

Grattis på födelsedagen Erika!  Since our birthday girl will be celebrating the BIG 2-5 in Sweden, we thought we’d a get a jump start on getting her used to hearing happy bday in Swedish! We’ll miss celebrating with our Lamchop on the glorious day of her birth but absence only makes the heart grow fonder and the celebration grow crazier. Hope you have the best day Erika!

Reasons why we LOVE our littlest Lam:

1. Wonderful: wifey, roommate, bff, wingwoman. Good people.
2. Salon Erika. Best hair stylist this side of 14C. But book early, woman gets crazy busy around bachelorette party/wedding season.
3. Gives great objective advice by listening to what you are saying, and more importantly what you’re not saying.
4. Work out machine. Her workout instagrams are an inspiration to us all.
5. She’s a legit model! Walks runways and makes appearances in fashion mags. NBD.
6. PR GURU, has a passion, dedication and drive for PR like none other. Quickly rising to the top of the industry!
7. If there was a professional job for Accessorizing, Erika would be #1 in the game.
8. Great TV viewing partner, especially if you love side commentary, especially especially if you love trashy reality TV.
9. Introduced us NYC gals to Lime Jungle, Erika’s neighborhood casual Mexican joint that quickly became a 14C dinner staple.
10. Will always shave her legs with you in the common room sink. 
11. JGL’s future wife (so best to stay in touch with this one).
12. Small rebellious phase sophomore year. Ahem::klepto::ahem.
13. Always willing to share her wardrobe with our less fashion inclined friends; for big interviews, occasions or even just a night out on the town.  Her styling talent also translates to being one of the best shopping buddies ever.
14. Always has her shizz together, she’s the (wo)man with the plan. Calm, cool, collected is her middle name. No really her initials are EKCCCL.
